An Ordinance to amend further the Companies Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Companies (Amend- Short title.

ment) (No. 3) Ordinance 1974.

2. Section 20 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

Amendment

of section 20.

(a) in subsection (1), by deleting paragraphs (b) and (c) and (Cap. 325

substituting the following-

"(b) is identical with that of a company incor- porated outside the Colony which has complied with Part XI of the Ordinance, or so nearly resembles that name as to be calculated to deceive; or
