An Ordinance to amend the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Crown Lands Short title Resumption (Amendment) Ordinance 1974 and shall come into and com- operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment deleting the definition of "Board" and substituting the following-

‘Authority" means—

(a) in relation to land to which Part II of the New Territories Ordinance does not apply, the Director of Lands and Survey; and
