Section 6(1) is amended in para- graph (d) by deleting “a tribunal to accordance with section 7. and refer the claim to the tribunal" and substituting the Following

"the Lands Tribunal in accordance with section 7, and refer the claim to the Lands Tribunal”,

(a) in subsection (1). by deleting "tri- bunal established under subsection (3)" and substituting the follow- ing
