11. Section 128 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) in the proviso to subsection (1), by inserting, after

"where", the following-

+

at the date of the issue of a summons in respect of an application under this subsection,”; and

(5) by inserting, after subsection (1), the following new

subsection-

"(14) For the purposes of subsection (1), human habitation of premises or a vessel does not include habitation by a servant, watchman or caretaker employed by the person having the management or control of such premises or vessel.".

12. The Second Schedule to the principal Ordinance amended by inserting, after "Cinema 450", the following-

600".

"Funeral parlours

13. The Third Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended-

() in the first column, by deleting "93(1) and (2)" and

substituting the following-

"93(1), (2), (3) and (4)":

(b) in the first, second and third columns, by inserting, after the item relating to section 94(1) and (2), the following-

(c) in the first, second and third columns, by deleting the items relating to section 95(2), section 98(1)(a) and (f) and section 99(1)(a).

14. The Sixth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended in the first, second and third columns-

(a) by inserting, after the item relating to section 92C, the

following-

(b) by inserting, after the item relating to section 94(3), the

following-

or

15. The Ninth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is Amendment

of Ninth amended in the first, second and third columns--

Schedule.

(a) by inserting, after the item relating to section 920, the

following-

(b) by inserting, after the item relating to section 94(3), the

following-

"94(3A) $2,000 fine

or (3B) and 3 months

"101(3) $2,000 fine

and 3 months imprisonment

and

(d) by deleting the item relating to section 128(3) and sub-

stituting the following-

"128(3) $5,000 fine

and 3 months

imprisonment

$100 fine".
