An Ordinance to amend the Companies Ordinance.

[16th August, 1974]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Companies (Amend- Short title. ment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1974.

2. Section 20(2) of the principal Ordinance is amended Amendment

(a) by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (g) and

substituting the following-

"; or"; and

(b) by inserting after paragraph (g) the following new

paragraph-

"(b) contains the words "Tourist Association" or other words likely in the opinion of the
