An Ordinance to amend the Hong Kong Tourist Association

Ordinance.

[16th August, 1974]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Tourist Short title, Association (Amendment) Ordinance 1974.

2 (1) Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. 7 and 8 shall come into Commenco- operation on the expiration of the day next preceding the day ment when this Ordinance is published in the Gazerte.

(2) Section 6 shall come into operation on the 1st January

3. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- Amendment section (1) in the definition of "Association" by inserting, after of section 2. "Hong Kong Tourist Association", the following-

“(香港旅遊協會)",
