Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Births and Deaths Registration (Amendment) Ördinance 1974 and shall come into operation on the 1st September 1974.

2. Section 22(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended- Amendment (a) by deleting "one dollar and fifty cents" and substituting (Cap. 174)
