Addition of new Fifth Schedule.

(b) any emblem or other device containing the words "Urban Council" or the characters W市政局”; or

(c) any emblem or other device which so te- sembles any emblem of the Council as to be capable of being mistaken for such emblem.

(2) Any person who contravenes any of the pro- visions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction co a fine of. $1,000."

3. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding, after the Fourth Schedule, the following new Fifth Schedule-
