An Ordinance to amend the Fixed Penalty (Traffic Contraven-

tions) Ordinance.

[2nd August, 1974]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Fixed Penalty Short title.

(Traffic Contraventions) (Amendment) Ordinance 1974,

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by- (c) deleting the full stop at the end of the definition “sum adjudged to be paid" and substituting therefor a semicolon; and

(b) inserting after the definition "sum adjudged to be paid"

the following new definition-

་་ "traffic warden" means a traffic warden and a senior

traffic warden.",
