consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Vehicles Short file, (First Registration Tax) (Amendment) Ordinance 1974.

The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended

Amendment

of Schedule.

(a) in items 1, 2 and 3, by deleting "10" and substituting in (Cap. 330,3

each case the following-

"15" and

(b) by deleting item 4.
