1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant Short fille (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance 1974 and shall come into and com- operation on 1st April 1974.

2. Section 18 of the principal Ordinance is amended in Amendment subsections (2), (3) and (4) by deleting "Secretary for Home of section Affairs" wherever it appears and substituting in each place the following

"Commissioner of Rating and Valuation".
