An Ordinance to amend the Drug Addiction Treatment Centres

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Drug Addiction Short title Treatment Centres (Amendment) Ordinance 1974 and shall come and com into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazerte.

Mencendent.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment deleting the definition of "further detention order" and sub- of section 2. stituting the following-

""recall order" means an order made under subsection (1)

of section 6;".
