An Ordinance to amend the Magistrates Ordinance.

[1st February, 1974]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Magistrates (Amend. Short title. ment) Ordinance 1974.

Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- Amendment section (1) by deleting “under his hand".
