An Ordinance to amend the Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance

Corporation Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Export Short title. Credit Insurance Corporation (Amendment) Ordinance 1974.

2. Section 9 of the principal Ordinance is amended in Amendment subsection (1) by inserting after "subsection (2)" the following-

3. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after Addition section 9A the following new section-
