Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

PART I

PRELIMINARY

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Crown Leases

Ordinance 1973.

Short title.

2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires Interpretation.

"Commissioner”

Valuation:

means the Commissioner of Rating and

"Director" means the Director of Public Works;

"lot" means any piece or parcel of ground demised under a Crown

lease:

"new Crown lease" means such a lease as is deemed to be granted

under Part II;
