The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after the Sixth Schedule the following Schedule-
SEVENTH SCHEDULE
(s. 109](43)
1. Murder (the sentence of death having been commuted to one of imprisonment or an order for the detention of the convicted person having been made under section 70 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance).
2. Manslaughter.
3. Any offence against sections 4. 5, 6, 7 and 35 of the Dangerous Drugs
Ordinance or conspiracy to commit say such offence.
4. Any offence againul section 10 or 12 of the Theft Ordinance.
5. Any offence against sections 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 28, 29, 29A, 30, 39, 42 and 43 of the Offences against the Person Ordinance.
6 Any offence against sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 21 of the Protection
of Women and Juveniles Ordinance.
7. Any offence against sections 4 and 31 of the Arms and Ammunition
Ordinance.
E. An offence against section 33 of the Public Order Ordinance.".

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof,
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Order (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1973.
You Section 33 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the following-
"Pussession
of offcusive weapon in public place,
33. (1) Any person who, without lawful author- ity or reasonable excuse, bas with him in any public place any offensive weapon shall be guilty of an offence and shall be sentenced, on conviction, in the manner specified in subsection (2).
