15. Section 41 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting before "manager" wherever it occurs the following-
"general".
16. Section 44 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) by deleting "one hundred" and substituting the
following-
"five hundred"; and
(6) by deleting "fifty" and substituting the following- "two hundred and fifty".
17. Section 45 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (2) by deleting "five hundred" and substituting the following-
"two thousand”.
18. The principal Ordinance is amended by repealing section 46.
19. Sections 47, 48, 49 and 51 of the principal Ordinance are amended by deleting "two hundred and fifty" in each of these sections and substituting the following-
"one thousand”.
20. Section 50 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "five hundred" and substituting the following—
"two thousand”.
21. Section 52 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsections (1) and (2) by deleting "twenty-five" and substituting the following-
"one hundred".
22. Section $3 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "one thousand" and substituting the following-
"five thousand".
23. Section 54 of the principal Ordinance is amended (2) by deleting "engine" and substituting the following- "locomotive"; and
(5) by deleting "two hundred and fifty" and substituting
the following-
"one thousand".
24. Section 55 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the following-
"Penalty for breach of duty by cailway official.
55. If a railway official is negligent in the performance of his duty and the safety of any person travelling or being upon a railway is thereby endan- gered or likely to be endangered, such official shall be liable on summary conviction to a fipe of five thousand dollars and imprisonment for one year.",
25. Section 56 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "one thousand" and substituting the following-
"five thousand".
26. Section 57 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "two hundred and fifty" and substituting the following- "one thousand”.
27. Section 61 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "two hundred and fifty” and substituting the following-
"one thousand”.
28. The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) by deleting the heading "SCHEDULE” and substituting
the following-
"FIRST SCHEDULE"; and
(b) by deleting item (0).
29. The principal Ordinance is amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new Schedule-
