Amendment of section 97.

4. Section 97 of the principal Ordinance is amended— (a) in subsection (1) by deleting "Governor" in the second

place where it occurs and substituting the following-

"Financial Secretary":

(6) in subsection (2) by deleting "Governor" in the second

place where it occurs and substituting the following-

"Financial Secretary":

(c) in subsections (3) and (4) by deleting "Governor" wherever it occurs and substituting in each place the following-

"Financial Secretary";}
