WHEREAS it has become necessary to make further provision for Pretombe.

the public service of the Colony for the financial year ended the 31st day of March 1973, in addition to the charge upon the revenue and other funds of the Colony authorized by the Appropriation Ordinance 1972;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of Houg Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation (1972-73) Ordinance 1973.

2. A sum of eight hundred and eleven million, four hundred and three thousand six hundred and eighty-nine dollars is hereby charged upon the revenue and other funds of the Colony for the
