An Ordinance to amend the Evidence Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Evidence (Amend- ment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1973.

Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the definition of "Government Chemist" by deleting “chemical”.

3. The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Form 1 and substituting the following—
