An Ordinance to amend the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Prevention of Bribery Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance 1973.

Section 10 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting subsections (2), (3) and (4).

The principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after section 17 the following new section 17A-
