An Ordinance to amend the Gambling Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Gambling (Amend- Short title. ment) Ordinance 1973.

2. Section 10 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by deleting "sole”.

3. Section 11 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by deleting "sole".

4. Section LA of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by deleting "absolute".
