An Ordinance to amend the Agricultural Products (Marketing)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Agricultural Products (Marketing) (Amendment) Ordinance 1973.

Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) by inserting after the definition of "Director" the follow-

ing-

""market manager" means a person appointed by the Director under section 3(2) to be manager of a wholesale vegetable market;":

(6) in the definition of "regulated product" by deleting the

full stop and substituting a semicolon;
