Validation of certain acts done under principal Ordinance.

Any act or thing done before the commencement of this Ordinance by a member of the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force in purported exercise of the powers of a police officer under or for the purposes of subsection (1) or (2) of section 15 of the principal Ordinance shall be deemed to have been as valid as if it bad been done by a police officer.

consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hoseince Society Short title.
