Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Society for the Relief of Disabled Children Incorporation (Amendment) Ordio- ance 1973.

1 Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting the following new paragrapb

"(d) to invest moneys on deposit in any bank in the Colony or elsewhere in the world or in any govern- ment bonds or on mortgage of any lands, buildings, messuages or tenements in the Colony or elsewhere in the world, or in or on debentures, debenture- stocks, stocks, funds, shares or securities of any
