An Ordinance to amend the Marine Fish (Marketing) Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Marine Fish (Marketing) (Amendment) Ordinance 1973.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by in- serting after the definition of "Director" the following--

""manager" means——

(a) a person appointed by the Organization to be the

manager of a market; and

(b) a person holding an office styled "senjor market

manager":".
