An Ordinance to amend the Public Transport Services (Hong

Kong Island) Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof,

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Transport Services (Hong Kong Island) (Amendment) Ordinance 1973,

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the definition of "service" by inserting after "13" the following-

"or 13A,”.

3. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) by deleting "and" after paragraph (k);

(b)

by deleting the colon at the end of paragraph (†) and substituting the following-
