Amendment of section 34.

4. Section 16 of the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph (b) by inserting after "pension" the following-

Section 34 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "a military" and substituting the following—

"an air force".

An Ordinance to amend the Census Ordinance.

[16th February, 1973]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Census (Amend- Short title. ment) Ordinance 1973.

2. Section 3(2)(b) of the principal Ordinance is amended

by inserting after "the date on which" the following-

"or the period in respect of which".

3. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended by-

(a) deleting the colon after "completed" and substituting

a full stop; and

(b) deleting the proviso.
