vides the programme in which the report or picture is broadcast and any person baving functions in relation to the pro- gramme corresponding to those of the editor of a newspaper or periodical publication, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of ten thousand dollars and to imprisonment for six months.
(5) Proceedings for an offence under this section shall not be instituted except with the consent of the Attorney General.
(6) Subsections (1) and (3) shall be in addition to, and not in derogation from, the provisions of any other Ordinance with respect to the publication of reports of judicial proceedings.
(7) In this section-
"broadcast" means sounds or visual images broad- cast by wireless telegraphy or by means of a high frequency distribution system over wire or other paths provided by a material substance and intended for general reception;
"publish", in relation to a report, means publish the report, either by itself or as part of a newspaper or periodical, for distribution to the public.**.
18. Section 34 of the Protection of Women and Juveniles Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by inserting after “A juvenile court," the following-
"on its own motion or".

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Royal Hong Kong Regiment (Amendment) Ordinance 1973.

Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (3)d) by deleting "or reserve of and substituting the following-
"and".
3. Section 15 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the following-
"Pensions
15. (1) Where an officer or member is disabled for disabled and a Pensions Assessment Board is of the opinion
that the disablement is due to an injury which-
officers or members or
for their
dependant
(a) is attributable to service; or
