An Ordinance to amend the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Ordinance 1973.

Section 54 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by inserting after "inspector" the following-

"or any member of the Preventive Service not below the rank of Revenue Inspector".
