An Ordinance to amend the Road Traffic Ordinance.

(1st February, 1973]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Ordinance 1973, and shall come into operation on the 1st February 1973.

2. Section 4(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after paragraph (ga) the following new paragraphs-

"(gb) controlling, restricting or prohibiting the transfer

of special registration marks;

(gc) specifying the numbers and letters and numbers which shall be special registration marks for the purposes of this Ordinance;”.
