An Ordinance to amend the Buildings Ordinance.

(15th June, 1972.)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Buildings (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1972 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 15th June 1972.

The principal Ordinance is amended by adding the following new section after section 30-

"Suspension of sections 15(1) and 2107)

30A. (1) With effect from the 15th June 1972- (2) no approval or consent shall be deemed to have been given under section 15(1): and (b) no permit shall be deemed to have been

granted under section 21(7).
