An Ordinance to amend the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinancë.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pharmacy and Poisons (Amendment) Ordinance 1972.

2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after subsection (3), the following new subsection-

"(4) There shall be a Secretary to the Board who shall be appointed by the Governor.".

3. Section 9 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1) by inserting after "pharmacist" in the second place where it occurs the following-

Short title.

Amendment of section 3. (CA. 18)

Amendment of section 9.

"in the prescribed form".
