(d) by inserting after subsection (3) the following sub-

section-

“(3A) Subsections (1), (2) and (3) shall not apply

in any case where the Commissioner has granted exemption to an executor under subsection (1) of section 14A.".

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Tourist Association (Amendment) Ordinance 1972.

The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new badge-
