An Ordinance to amend the Estate Duty Ordinance.
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Estate Duty (Amend ment) Ordinance 1972 and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (I) by deleting the following from the definition of "Com- missioner".
