An Ordinance to amend the Limitation Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Limitation (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1972 and shall come into operation on the Ist April 1972,

2. Section 27 of the principal Ordinance is amended— (a) by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the follow-

ing-

"(3) The requirements of this subsection are fulfilled in relation to a cause of action if it is proved that the material facts relating to that cause of action were or included facts of a decisive character which were at all times outside the knowledge (actual or
