CORONERS ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 14).

MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS (FEES) (AMENDMENT)

ORDER 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Coroners Ordinance, the Acting Governor has made the following order-

1. This order may be cited as the Medical Practitioners (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1971.

2.

Paragraph 2 of the principal order is amended-

(a) by deleting " or who has, pursuant to a summons.

attended an inquiry as a medical witness"; and

(8) by deleting sub-paragraph (b).

Explanatory Note.

(Thù Note is nor part of the order, but is intended to Indicate its general purport).

This order deletes from the principal order the face payable to a

medical practitioner for attending an inquiry as a medical witness.

Allowances to medical practitioners for attendance in inquiries are now

payable under the Caroners (Witnesses' Allowances) Rules 1971.
