一九七一年牛奶業(新界)(修訂)規例

(本文並非裁規例之任何部份,龍戰係以簡述駭浪例之大意爲目的。

本規例在原有規例所親定各項將牛奶加熱處理之方法中加插一項「超商温加热 法」。本規例第四款將原有規例第十三新取消面代之以一款新了規例以胆提定凡供 作協滿之牛奶,除在該樓宇內飲用者外,其加工及再造過程必須由牛奶麻持牌人進 行口本規例第五款將原有規例第十七數體訂,以便對受玷污或捷雜之牛奶加以更开

本規例第六款在原有規洲西加插新羽規例第二十甲款,禁止牛奶廠持牌人出来 截牌牛奶攝取疉加工。

RESETTLEMENT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51 of the Resettlement Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations~

1. These regulations may be cited as the Resettlement (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1971.

1. The Second Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in Part 1 by inserting, in item 4, at the end of sub-iler (a) thereof, in the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh columns and as shown hereunder, the following-
