EDUCATION REGULATIONS 1971 (COMMENCEMENT) NOTICE 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 1 of the Education Regulations 1971, the Governor hereby appoints the 30th day of September 1971 as the day on which the said Regula- tions shall come into operation.
