MINING ORDINANCE. (Chapter 285).

MINING (GENERAL) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 of the Mining Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Mining (General) (Amendment) Régulations 1971.

2. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended in paragraph (2)(b) by deleting "L 8811" and substituting the following-

*L 882".

3. The Third Schedule to the principal regulations is amended in item (10) by deleting "20(e) and substituting the following-

Explanatory Note.

These regulations rectify the reference to map series contained In

regulation X2)(b) of the princips! regulations and correct a cross-reference
