MERCHANT SHIPPING (CONTROL OF PORTS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1970 (COMMENCEMENT) NOTICE 1971.
In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 2(2) of the Merchant Shipping (Control of Ports) (Amendment) Regulations 1970, the Acting Governor hereby appoints the 28th day of June 1971 as the day on which regulation 4 of the said regulations shall come into operation.
