原有覷例内現增加一新訂之第三附法,以便規定兩黨印記之式樣,用以 蓋於新界居房所羅守之性南段上或某部份內臟之上,藉以表明該個體成內臟保宜 新人類食用者。任何人士,如流取得要撥權之公務人員之許可將第三附表所指 要有規定印記之任何牲畜之驅國內臟運臨時或未取際市政署署是也許可面 將其持有以關出告或犯協國客釀者,均屬法、凡授權之公務人員成警務人員如 懷疑有比體邊例情事發生時,用有權將有關之性商軀體或內關收去。市政署署 提可撥補將任何意例之毀奮軀體城內臟補口

藝術之原有規例亦觀規定公解人檢驗刺商之收費事宜。牛之排除 費每期一元二角,山羊,豬堡及羊之檢驗費頭六角。

TRADE UNION REGISTRATION (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the

Trade Union Registration Ordinance, the Governor în Council has made the following regulations—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Trade Union Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1971, and shall come into

operation on the day appointed for the commencement of the

Trade Union Registration (Amendment) Ordinance 1971.

Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended-

(4) in paragraph (a) by deleting "three" and substituting the

following-

(b) in paragraph (b}

"two":

(i) by deleting "two" and substituting the following-

"both":

(ii) by deleting "copy" and substituting the following---

“copies";

(c) in paragraph (c) by deleting "two" and substituting the

following-

"both".

3. Regulation 10 of the principal regulations is amended in paragraph (1)

(a) by deleting in sub-paragraph (a) "three and substituting

the following-

"two":

(b) by deleting in sub-paragraph (e) “two" and substituling

the following-

"both".

4. Regulation 14 of the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the following-

“Accounts

of trade union to include

accounts of any branch, etc., thereof.

14. Every registered trade union shall include in its statement of account the accounts of any branch of the trade union and of every business or charitable. cultural. educational or medical undertaking that is operated by or in the name of the trade union.",
