Regulation 2 fixes the rents payable for domestic rooms in the new Mark VI Blocks.

Regulation 3 amends item 6 of the Second Schedule to the principal regulations by prescribing the rents payable for special targe, special medium, special small and special minor shop premises in Mark V Blocks situated in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Kowloon,

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section of the Pensions (Amendment) (No. 3) Ordinance 1970, the Governor hereby appoints the 14th day of May 1971 as the day on which section 4 of the said Ordinance shall come into operation.
