DELEGATION OF POWERS.

It is hereby notified that the Commissioner for Reseulement, being the competent authority in the New Territories for the purpose of Parts IV. V and VI of the Resettlement Ordinance, has in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 5(1) of the said Ordinance delegated to the public officers mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereto all the powers and func- tions conferred on a competent authority by the Sections or Parts of the said Ordinance or by the Regulations of the Resettlement Regulations mentioned opposite each such public officer in the second column of the Schedule hereto.
