(Chapter 304).

DELEGATION OF POWERS.

It is hereby notified that the Resettlement Management Select Committee of the Urban Council, being the Committee to whom the Urban Council as the competent authority in the urban areas of the Colony for the purpose of Parts IV. V and VI of the Resettlement Ordinance, delegated all the Council's powers and functions under Parts IV. V and VI of the said Ordinance, hay in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 5(2) of the said Ordinance delegated to the public officers mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereto all the powers and functions conferred on a competent authority by the Sections or Parts of the said Ordinance or by the Regulations of the Resettlement Regulations mentioned opposite each such public officer in the second column of the Schedule hereto,
