MERCHANT SHIPPING (TYPHOON SHELTERS)

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Citation, (Typhoon Shelters) (Amendment) Regulations 1971.

The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by

inserting at the end the following—

"Yim Tin Tsai Typhoon Sheher”.
