ROYAL HONG KONG REGIMENT REGULATIONS 1970.

DELEGATION OF POWERS,

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance, His Excellency the Governor has delegated to the Commanding Officer of the Royal Hong Kong Regiment with effect from 26th March. 1971 the powers vested in him under the regulations or rules listed in the first column of the Schedule hereto in respect of the functions mentioned opposite such regulation or rule in the second column of the Schedule hereto.
