(Chapter 106).

TELECOMMUNICATION (AMENDMENT) (NO, 2) REGULATIONS 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Telecommunication Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made

the following regulations-

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Telecommunication (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1971.

* The First Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by inserting after item 21 the following item----

3, The Third Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by adding, after the form of licence for an industrial, scientific and medical electronic machine, the following new form of licence-

(bereinafter called "the Licausee") is hereby licensed, subject to the condi- tions attached hereto-

to establishų, possess and maintain fixed transmitting stations (as detailed in the Schedule) for the purpose of communicating to receiving stations by means of selective calling tone only.

CONDITIONS.

1. The fixed transmitting stations comprised in the system sball not transmit any message or signal other than the selected tones required to actuate the receiving station.
