MERCHANT SHIPPING (FEES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1971 (COMMENCEMENT) NOTICE 1971.
In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 1 of the Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1971, the Governor bereby appoints the Ist day of May 1971 as the day on which the said Regulations shall come into operation.
