DANGEROUS GOODS (GOVERNMENT EXPLOSIVES DEPOTS) REGULATIONS 1971 (COMMENCEMENT) NOTICE 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 1 of the Dangerous Goods (Government Explosives Depots) Regulations 1971, the Governor bereby appoints the 1st day of May 1971 as the day on which the said Regulations shall come into operation.
